Our practice employs six staff members in addition to our physicians.  We are proud to highlight the compassionate and caring attitudes of our staff, which transcends every facet of our practice.  Our staff consistently goes above and beyond the scope of being accommodating for every patient need.  We take pride in making sure that our patients   have adequate time with the physician and experience very little wait time in our office.  We do not “double book” our physician’s schedules!

Practice Manager/Registered Nurse:

Our Practice Manager is a registered nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree and over 30 years experience in cardiovascular surgery, intensive care, and business management.  She assists in most of the surgical and cosmetic procedures performed and is skilled in ultrasonography techniques. 

Clinical Personnel:

Front Office/Billing Manager:

Our front office and billing manager has over 20 years experience in the medical field, with expertise in office billing and coding, staff management, electronic claim submission, computer technology and collections.  She handles all daily billing processes and oversees the Patient Check- In, Check- Out and Insurance Coordinator positions; working closely with these employees to ensure every patient's visit to our office is a pleasant one. 

Insurance Coordinator:

Our insurance coordinator verifies all insurance benefits and clearly communicates our patients’ financial responsibilities, prior to services being rendered.  She makes sure that all patients have authorization for their scheduled procedures and works diligently reviewing charts and updating insurance information.   Her diligence ensures that every patient can be confident that their insurance benefits are fully understood and eliminates any financial “surprises”.  She also works with primary care physicians and insurance companies to assist our patients with obtaining referrals and/or authorizations when needed.

Patient Check-In and Check Out:

The employee who manages our patient check-in and check-out desk provides the first and last impressions to you, our valued patients.  She is polite and professional and always answers the phone “with a smile that our patients can hear”.  She is proficient in scheduling all appointments and surgeries and has worked as a medical assistant, so she has a vast knowledge of medical terminology and of the procedures performed in our office.
